The City of Fargo and City of Moorhead are considering the elimination of the MATBUS LinkFM Downtown Circulator Route effective January 1, 2020. The LinkFM route began in 2015 and is operated by the City of Fargo and jointly funded by the City of Fargo and the City of Moorhead. Current service hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, with a bus approximately every 15 minutes. A map of the existing route is available online and on display at the Ground Transportation Center (GTC), 502 N.P. Avenue, Fargo, North Dakota.
