Do you have a compliment or complaint?

MATBUS works to ensure all passengers are provided with the best possible customer service. If you would like to recognize an employee for their customer service skills or you have experienced less than perfect customer service with MATBUS, we encourage your feedback. Your feedback may be submitted below or you may call our Ground Transportation Center (GTC) at 701.232.7500 and have your comment or complaint heard by one of our team members.

In order for MATBUS to investigate any Feedback item, you must provide the date and time, route or vehicle and a location of the incident. Feedback submitted without this information will not be investigated.
