Return and Refund Policy:
MATBUS does not accept returns on bus passes.
This includes both Fixed Route and Paratransit bus passes. Before deciding to purchase a bus pass, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they are purchasing the correct value and type of bus pass before purchase.
MATBUS does not offer refunds for bus passes purchased online, at our ticket windows or through vendors. Once a customer purchases a bus pass, MATBUS does not offer a cash refund or exchange of any kind. All sales are final.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding your rights and obligations upon any online purchase. MATBUS realizes that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to purchasing passes online. Therefore, we do review requests for refunds for online purchases for the following reason only:
Non-delivery of a bus pass due to mailing issues.
In such a case, you must contact MATBUS for assistance and to make a claim for the non-delivery within 10 business days of the order being placed. All such claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Administrative Offices at 650 23rd St N Fargo, North Dakota 58102. If any claims for non-delivery are not made within ten days of the order being placed, the bus pass will be considered received with no exceptions.

MATBUS collects personal information via the Site when You purchase MATBUS bus passes online. This information may include, but is not limited to, Your username, password, name, date of birth, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
MATBUS uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, support, contact, research, and anonymous reporting.
Billing Information
For Your protection, Your billing information including, but not limited to, Your credit card number, debit card number, expiration date, pin number, security code, name, billing address, or any other billing information relating to other methods of payment in order to process Your online request to purchase MATBUS bus passes will be received and processed by a third party online payment gateway. MATBUS does not store any of your billing information on its servers.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MATBUS disclaims all liability for payments processed through the third party online payment gateway.
IP Address
MATBUS may occasionally obtain IP addresses from you depending upon how you access the Site. IP addresses, browser, and session information may be used for various purposes, including to:
diagnose and prevent service or technology problems reported by MATBUS’s users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses.

MATBUS may revise, modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes to the privacy policy take effect immediately.
