MATBUS is operated through the cooperation of the City of Fargo, City of Moorhead and Transdev. Both the City of Fargo and City of Moorhead contract with Transdev to provide fixed route dispatch and driver services to both cities. This provides one seamless transportation system across the Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead and Dilworth metro area.
