Temporary change to sales window hours
Due to staff shortages, the Customer Care Center window at the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) will be closing at 7:00pm nightly. This change is starting Tuesday, October 26, 2021, until further notice.
The Customer Care Center will be open for pass sales from 6:15am to 7:00pm, Monday - Friday, and 7:15am to 7:00pm on Saturdays.
The GTC lobby will remain open for passengers until 10:15pm each night.
