Due to a shortage of Connect Cards we will not be able to issue cards to new MATBUS Connect accounts. New Connect accounts can still use the mobile app to load their account and pay fares. If you need to use a card instead of the app we will issue a paper 31 day pass.
Existing Connect card holders can still replace defective or lost cards while supplies last, unless they have a negative or $0 account balance. If supplies run out you must use a paper 31 day pass until we receive more Connect Cards. We expect to receive more cards with 5-6 weeks.
