U-Pass Student Ride Program
Many college students in the F-M area ride for free on MATBUS. The U-Pass Program is subsidized by North Dakota State University, Minnesota State University - Moorhead, Concordia College, M State and NDSCS Fargo. With their current college ID, students, staff, and faculty from Concordia ride for free; students from NDSU, MSUM, M State and NDSCS Fargo ride for free. NDSU also funds MATBUS service on and near campus.

MATBUS On-Demand service for NDSU Campus and its surrounding area.
MATBUS On-Demand - powered by TransLoc is a FREE, on-demand service offered on NDSU campus during the academic year Monday - Friday, from 6:45pm to 10:15pm. Request your ride through the TransLoc app. The bus can pick up and drop off only within a specific zone that covers NDSU campus and its surrounding area.
