Route 20 operates Monday - Friday from 6:21 a.m. to 9:55 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:21 a.m. to 9:55 p.m. Route 20 departs from West Acres once every 60 minutes.
Important Route Information - West Fargo Library - Beginning May 8, 2023, Route 20 will not service the West Fargo Library bus stop at 11:30am M-F due to traffic congestion and safety issues caused by loading and unloading school buses. Riders must board at the bus stop before (4th Ave E & 4th St. E) or after the library bus stop (4th Ave E & 2nd St. E). This change only affects the 11:30am stop.

Sep. 18, 2025
Due to the closure of 7th Ave W for road construction and the closure of Sheyenne St. for the West Fargo Cruise Night, Route 20 will be detoured Thursday, September 18, from 4:00pm - 10:15pm.
Detour: Route 20 will turn south onto Sheyenne St., then turn east onto 13th Ave W, back on route.
Riders can request pick-up or drop-off at any safe intersection along the route detour path. When waiting to board, be sure to wave to the approaching bus to get the attention of the driver. Grey bus stops cannot be serviced during this detour. Detours are subject to change, check the website before each trip.

Due to the closure of Sheyenne St. for the West Fest Parade, Route 20 will be detoured Saturday, September 20, from 6:15am - 4:00pm.
Detour: Route 20 will continue south on 1st St, then turn east onto 13th Ave E, back on route.
Riders can request pick-up or drop-off at any safe intersection along the route detour path. When waiting to board, be sure to wave to the approaching bus to get the attention of the driver. Grey bus stops cannot be serviced during this detour. Detours are subject to change, check the website before each trip.

Beginning Monday May 12th, Route 20 will be detoured due to road construction on 7th Ave W.
Outbound Detour: Route 20 will turn north onto Sheyenne St, west on Main Ave W, then turn south onto 8th St W, back on route.
